Chevalle 10th Addition
The applicant, Chevalle Development Company, is proposing to plat Outlot E of Chevalle 5th Addition, the 20 acre parcel located between the Talero Curve and Pascolo Bend neighborhoods of Chevalle. The Preliminary Plat includes 48 single-family lots that will be broken up into three separate phases. Phase I will include 15 lots; Phase 2 will include 15 lots; and Phase 3 will include 18 lots.
 
Chaska Building Center Redevelopment
The applicant is proposing to renovate 23,600 square feet of the westernmost existing building of the site that previously housed the Chaska Building Center (2970 Chaska Boulevard) in order to accommodate a millworking and cabinet shop business.  The rest of the site would be demolished to clear the site for future redevelopment.

Creek's Run Townhomes
Located at the southeastern quadrant of Yellow Brick Road and Crosstown Boulevard, Creek's Run Townhomes will contain 84 rental townhomes constructed in two phases.  Exterior construction will be masonry and premium fiber cement board. This project received Concept Plan approval as part of the overall Brickyard Villas development.The current request submitted for staff, Planning Commission and City Council review is for the Preliminary Plat of Klein Brickyard 10th Addition and the Preliminary Site/Building Plans of the Creek's Run Townhomes. The applicant is David Dye of Everwood Development.
 
Southwest Christian High School
Southwest Christian High School is proposing to construct a new construction high school in the southeast quadrant of Bavaria Road and Highway 212.The high school would be constructed in two phases:  the first phase would include a 63,000 square feet new high school building, along with parking and soccer fields;
and the second phase would include building a 67,000 square feet addition to house an auditorium and classrooms, construction of the remainder of the parking, and various playfields, including a football complex.The school would accommodate a maximum of 600 total students. 
 
The current reuqest submitted for staff, Planning Commission and City Council review is for a Preliminary Plat, a Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Site/Building Plans.This project received Concept Plan approval in 2008. 

Klein Mansion at 314 Walnut Street North
(the former Peacock Inn in downtown Chaska)
The applicant is Five Stars CD Recovery Services and they are proposing to operate a women's recovery home.  The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit in order to increase the permitted number of individuals from six to nine individuals.
 
Nickel Creek (formally known as Stone Rose)
The project is located on Bavaria Road, south of the Symphony Hills neighborhood. The applicant, Scott Carlston, recently received approval of the Final Plat for the first phase of the Nickel Creek development, which contained 24 single family lots. He is currently requesting approval of the second phase of development, which is an additional 46 single family lots. 
 
Cell Tower Extension at 1068 Walnut Court
The applicant is Verizon Wireless, and they are requesting a Conditional Use Permit in order to allow for a 15 feet height extension to an existing cell tower located north of the water tower on Walnut Court.

Storefront Loan Program

The Storefront Rehabilitation Loan Program is to encourage restorations of downtown historic building storefronts. Assistance is intended to encourage investment in historic building that may not normally occur.
